Environment, Health & Safety - Consultation
Maintenance Essentials is committed to encouraging consultation and co-operation between supervisors and employees. For this purpose, it has established an Environment, Health & Safety Consultative Committee. Employees are nominated by their peers to be representatives of this committee and participate in the review of matters that promote the environment, health and safety.
Environment, Health & Safety Committee
The Environment, Health & Safety Committee meets regularly to review all matters regarding environment, health and safety. The committee has primary responsibility for the review, communication & training of the company EH&S policy, procedures, incident reports, work methods and other related company practices.
Team Meetings
Team meetings are another forum for employees to participate in the review of Environment, Health & Safety policies of Maintenance Essentials.
Employees
Employees are encouraged to discuss matters regarding Environment, Health & Safety with their supervisor or member of the Environment, Health & Safety Committee. Employees are required to participate in incident reporting and resolutions as directed.
