Dangers of a small kitchen fire!!

Earlier today a colleague at work passed a link to a video that reminded me of the risks of a small kitchen fire caused by a pot of burning oil. Please take note of the 4 steps to control and then extinguish the fire and remember don't try and move the pot or throw water on the fire!

Instructions;

1. Turn off the heat
2. Run a cloth under a tap and wring it out
3. Cover the pan
4. Wait until its cooled right down

Important notes:

• Don't try and move the pot
• Don't throw water over the pot
